My name is Amanda Rocker and the owner of Roc’n Locs, LLC. I’m a Certified Sisterlock Consultant. My goal is to provide my clients with quality service and help them gain confidence while Roc’n their Locs! Current services offered include: Sisterlocks, Microlocks, and Traditional locs Interlocking ONLY! Please read the following information carefully! PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND MAKE SURE THIS IS THE INVESTMENT FOR YOU, COMMITMENT WISE AND FINANCIALLY❗️ All services require an appointment. No walk-ins accepted at any time. NO extra visitors or children are allowed at appointments. Please allow 48 hours for a response ✳️Prices and policies are subject to change at any time. ✳️Understand that all service times are estimated times. ✨SERVICES✨ Effective January 1st, 2025, the new price list will be based off Lock Count: Less than 200 locs- $70 200-299 locs- $85 300-399 locs- $100 400 + locs- $135 Within a 5 hour window, any retie that goes past 5 hours will have an additional charge of $40 per hour, starting 1 minute past 5 hours. (Ex. Loc count 400+, retie cost is $135, retie complete at 5 hours 2 minutes…final retie price $175) ✳️There is an additional $35 charge per week for any retie over 8 weeks (Sisterlock/Microlock clients) ✳️Additional $50 charge for any service on Sundays! ✳️ Loc styling starts at $10 and increases based on type of style. ✳️Loc repair appointments are $40 per hour. ✳️ Travel fee $35 ✳️ “Last minute” or “squeeze in “ appointments, additional $25 For my Microlock/Sisterlock clients, It is my goal to schedule you at least every 7 weeks. If your retie is past 8 weeks, there will be an additional charge based on the length of weeks past due and the amount of repairs that have to be made to your hair, starting at $35 each additional week past 8 weeks. (Ex. Your loc count is 310, retie price is $100, you are at 10 weeks past last retie, additional $70 added to retie price, total is $170.) I recommend that everyone schedule your appointments before you leave because I can not guarantee there will be availability if you have to call back to reschedule. If you have to reschedule for any reason and I don’t have availability within the 8 weeks, there will be an additional charge. ALL PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE VIA CASH, CASHAPP, VENMO, or PAYPAL. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED! ALL DEPOSITS AND FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS❗️ Deposits and fees are good for 6 months. After 6 months your deposit will be forfeited. 💥HAIR GUIDELINES: Hair MUST be freshly shampooed prior to any and all appointments. Failure to come without shampooing within 24-48 hours of your appointment will result in cancellation of your appointment. Dirty hair is unacceptable! IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU DO ALL THAT YOU CAN TO MAINTAIN THE HEALTH OF YOUR LOCS IN BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS. Please use the Sisterlock shampoo or a clarifying shampoo (Suave) only! DO NOT add any oils or conditioners to your hair at any time! BRAID AND BAND YOUR HAIR WHEN SHAMPOOING OR SWIMMING EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! ✨✨Practices and maintenance protocols that must be adhered to, to maintain the health of one's hair, primarily during the immature stage! ✅Braid & Band while shampooing ✅Shampoo Only, focus on scalp ✅Separate roots regularly ✅Braid & Band when swimming ✅Timely Reties based on hair growth rate ✅Proper tension and rotation for hair type ✅Braid & Band when working out ✅Limited product application ✅Review your hair after retightenings ✅Braid & Band when your head sweats ✅Avoid lint, cover your hair at night ✅Listen to instructions from YOUR Consultant ✅When in doubt Braid & Band ✅DO NOT spray your hair everyday ✅Don't constantly play in your hairBusiness Hours

Cancellation Policy
Late Policy: after 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled.
Please try to give at least a 24 hour notification of cancellation. No call, no show will result in a $50 fee that must be paid prior to rescheduling. This fee does NOT go towards any service.
I understand that situations arise that are beyond our control. Please communicate with me to see what can be worked out to avoid any additional fees.
